Studio Policies
- 🚫 Refusal of Service • Medical Camouflage Practices employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons (e.g., aggressive behavior, unrealistic expectations, or contraindications).
✏️ Touch-Up & Correction Policies • Touch-Up Timeline: Touch-ups must be done within a set time frame (4–8 weeks). Anything after this timeframe will have an additional cost. • No Touch-Ups on Other Artists’ Work: Unless approved, work done by another artist is considered a new session. All artists require an initial service price. Clients cannot receive a “touch up” price without paying the initial service price FIRST. • Results Vary Disclaimer: Skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare impact results; no guarantee of outcome.
Photos & Videos As part of our commitment to showcasing authentic results and maintaining transparency, all clients are required to consent to before and after photos and videos of their procedure. These visuals are an essential part of our artistry, used exclusively for educational, portfolio, and marketing purposes (website, social media, and training materials).
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that your procedure may be photographed and/or filmed for these purposes. Clients who do not consent to photos or videos unfortunately cannot be serviced at our studio. POLICIES Appointments are strictly solo. Please do not bring friends, family, or children to your session. If you arrive with guests, we must reschedule to maintain a professional environment. Punctuality is essential. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in immediate cancellation. To respect all scheduled clients, I cannot delay subsequent appointments. Ombre Powder Brows require two sessions for the final look. Initial color fades approximately 40–60%. Touch-ups are not included in the base price and cost $100 within 4–8 weeks, or $200 thereafter. All deposits and completed services are strictly non-refundable. CANCELLATIONS A minimum of 48 hours is required for any cancellation. All bookings, including touch-ups and rescheduling, must be confirmed via SQUARE. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will incur a $300 fee. No-shows will also be charged $300 and will be banned from making future bookings.
